Contest Rules
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, a US/Canadian Resident, and an IE/PC.
  • Must commit to weekly email weigh-ins with the company for the duration of the Body Transformation Challenge: challenge@zrii.com.
  • Must submit before photos with dated USA Today newspaper to verify date and after photos at end of contest.
  • Must be truthful and accurate in your measurements and have a witness attest to your beginning weight and midsection measurement.
  • Must use NutriiVeda during the contest, and must maintain final weight until judging event.

Judging
  • 45% will be based upon percentage of weight lost in pounds.
  • 45% will be based upon percentage of inches lost in midsection (see front page for description).
  • 10% will be based upon IE’s vote at Zrii event for Grand Prize Winner.
  • NutriiVeda Experience panel will judge contestant entries based on a combination of elements: most inspiring story, percentage of weight lost and percentage of inches lost.

Definitions
  • "PARTICIPANT" means me and includes my appearance, likeness and form.
  • "ZRII and VENDORS" means Zrii, LLC and any of its Vendors with whom they have a past, current, or future business relationship.
  • "MEDIA" means all media including digital, electronic, print, television, film and other media now known or to be invented.
  • "IMAGES" means all photographs, film, written testimonials, or recordings taken of me as part of the shoot.
  • "CONSIDERATION" means something of value I have received in exchange for rights granted by me in this release.

Release

Participant agrees to not engage in any activity or eating behaviors that would be detrimental to participants physical, or emotional health and wellbeing .

Participant agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Zrii, LLC, and any of its employees or Vendors representing or related to Zrii. this release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), harm, or damage associated with, or in connection with any activity or behavior engaged in by participant while participating in the Body transformation Challenge. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Zrii throughout the Body transformation Challenge. Participant also acknowledges that the terms and conditions of the Challenge are subject to change at any time, and, should he or she be chosen as a Challenge winner, Participant will receive his or her designated prize(s) according to the outlined terms at the conclusion of the Challenge, not when the participant originally enrolled.

Participant’s Permission and Rights Granted:
For good and valuable Consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by authorizing this release I hereby give the Zrii and its Vendors my permission to license the Images and to use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered, or modified. I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images belong to Zrii and its Vendors. I acknowledge and agree I have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Zrii and Vendors. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah , excluding the law of conflicts. I agree that the information I have provided is true to the best of my knowledge. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
